Australia is set to produce a record wheat harvest for the second year in a row with expectations for 29.5 million metric tons of wheat compared to last year's 27.9 million tonnes. Exports would expand to 22.3 million metric tons. Domestic wheat consumption is low, near 7.2 million tons, allowing for very large exports with 2 successive bumper crops.
