Brazil Corn Surplus Easing Global Shortage

A record Brazil corn harvest due to expanding winter-corn production would sharply increase exports in 2012,  easing a global supply shortfall.

Record production of winter corn is expected to boost Brazil’s total corn output to 70 million metric tons this season.  This would free up 14 million tons of corn for export, very advantageous as shortfalls are anticipated in the United States, Argentina,  United States and Ukraine... subscribers continue to full story...
