United States Weather Still Bears La Nina Imprint

It appears as if a La Nina signal is still present in the United States in June, despite claims of its demise.  The Climate Prediction Center has asserted that ENSO-neutral conditions exist, neither La Nina nor El Nino.   Yet, there is still a La Nina footprint.
